Taste:
A round and long wine of great consistency. The dominant presence of Chardonnay helps to give a pleasant freshness which balances with a low sugar level.

Overall comment:
This very well rounded and homogeneous wine is a perfect example of a well achie-
ved blend with aromas all in finesse and a freshness on the palate brought by the Chardonnay, the Pinot Noir bringing roundness, length and body.
This Chardonnay dominated wine will suit perfectly as an evening aperitif, its balance and length making it an ideal wine to accompany fish and white meat.
